Novatrade24 does not retain your personal data any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. We retain contact details provided to us for customer communication as long as there is an ongoing or potential business relationship. For our accounts receivable and payable administration, we adhere to the statutory retention period of 7 years.

Novatrade24 does not sell your data to third parties and will only disclose it when necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. We enter into data processing agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Novatrade24 remains responsible for these processing activities.

You can send your request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer, withdrawal of consent, or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@novatrade24.com. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask that you include a copy of your identification with your request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone — the strip with numbers at the bottom of your passport), passport number, and Citizen Service Number (BSN) in this copy to protect your privacy.

We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and in any case within four weeks.

Novatrade24 would also like to inform you that you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). You can do so via their website.
