What do I need to get verified?
Your company registration details, your EU VAT number, a bank account in your company's name, and a live ID check of the person acting for the company, which takes about three minutes. We also check who owns the company (UBO). If someone acts on the company's behalf, we need a power of attorney. Registered at a home address? Have proof ready that links your company to your dealership or storage site, such as a rental contract.
What does the Novatrade24 ID include for €19 a year?
A verified profile you can show any seller, valid for a full year. We keep it up to date, including weekly checks of your VAT number, so you don't have to go through verification again with every new seller.
Can I use it with any seller?

What happens if my VAT number or company details change?
