About Novatrade24
Novatrade24 is a compliance platform for cross-border vehicle trade in Europe. The company is based in 's-Hertogenbosch, the Netherlands, and was founded in 2025 by Michel van Roon, who has worked in used car retail and remarketing for more than 30 years.
Our story
Compliance in Europe’s cross-border used car market is still fragmented, manual and opaque. Every seller checks buyers differently, and export documentation is assembled by hand. That creates risk for everyone in the chain.
Novatrade24 was founded in 2025 by Michel van Roon. We know the commercial cost of compliance friction, and the legal exposure of getting it wrong.
Our belief: selling a car across a European border should take no more effort than selling it at home, and compliance should support growth, not block it.
Novatrade24 was a finalist for the Remarketing Newcomer Award 2026 at the Fleet Europe Days. A clear recognition that our belief is shared among industry experts.
